To address the cost challenges faced by the wastewater treatment industry during long-term operations, our company has developed a fan-aeration system for the WT series products. This product series can automatically adjust its operating status in response to changes in dissolved oxygen levels in the wastewater, thereby avoiding ineffective aeration, significantly reducing energy consumption, and effectively lowering operational costs.

  To address noise at the operating site, the WT series fans employ patented technologies such as CONCH airfoil profiles, diamond-shaped inlet and outlet openings, and airflow buffer chambers, which effectively reduce airflow pulsations and overall machine vibration, resulting in a low and stable acoustic profile for the product. Additionally, the WT series products offer optional soundproofing and silencing components that can be purchased for upgrade, further reducing fan operating noise.

  In response to the temperature rise caused by increased system pressure due to sludge accumulation, membrane fouling, and rising water levels during wastewater treatment, the WT series fans feature an integrated air-cooling and water-cooling design that has been granted a national invention patent. When operating pressure rises, these fans can seamlessly switch from air cooling to water cooling on-site, demonstrating excellent adaptability to harsh operating conditions such as overpressure and overheating. This design avoids the cost increases associated with equipment replacement typically required by conventional products, offering outstanding economic benefits.
