This ensures smooth startup of the blower even under high-pressure operating conditions, effectively preventing pipe blockages. In impact-prone environments, the impeller clearance remains stable, guaranteeing smooth and steady operation of the entire machine.

  Once a pipe blockage occurs in pneumatic conveying systems, it can easily lead to equipment accidents. In a corn gluten feed powder conveying project undertaken by a certain imported-brand fan for a grain group in Liaoning Province, the equipment experienced a pipe blockage during long-distance conveying due to insufficient reserve power and limited overall structural strength. This resulted in an immediate shutdown of the equipment. The large volume of compressed gas inside the pipeline created an air-spring effect; the rebounding gas column then violently shattered the entire unit.

  During the renovation of this project, our company selected a blade profile with significant airflow pulsation, taking into account the material characteristics of corn protein powder—high viscosity and tendency to settle easily. We also adopted a high-strength product configuration featuring low shaft power, ample power reserve, and a main shaft design without steps. As a result, we successfully achieved ultra-long-distance conveying over a horizontal distance of 500 meters, with a head of 30 meters at the end of the pipeline, and the system has been operating stably ever since.

  In the flue gas desulfurization and ash handling industry, instantaneous high pressures exceeding 80 kPa are common. The AT-series pneumatic conveying blowers are designed with pre-installed cooling air passages to accommodate these operating conditions. As a result, they can operate stably under such conditions without the need for additional water-cooling pipelines, simplifying product configuration and reducing operational costs.
