Performance characteristics

Working principle

4-1, the inhalation process.         
As the Roots rotor rotates, air is drawn in until the intake port is closed. 
1-2, External compression process.         
It can be broken down into two processes. The Roots rotor continues to rotate, during which the volume of the enclosed space remains unchanged and there is no internal compression—until the enclosed space is suddenly exposed to the exhaust port, at which point the pipeline network exerts pressure, causing the air pressure in this section to rise. 
2-3, Exhaust process.         
As the Roots rotor continues to rotate, the already pressurized air is discharged into the pipeline network.

 

4-1 (Figure 1-2), the inhalation process.         
As the screw rotor rotates, the volume of the screw grooves gradually increases, drawing air into the blower. 
Until the intake port is closed. 
1-2 (Figure 3 above), internal compression process.         
The intake port is already sealed, and the exhaust port has not yet been opened. Due to the spiral design, the counter-rotating motion... 
The movement causes the enclosed screw groove volume to become progressively smaller, resulting in internal compression and a rise in pressure. 
2-3 (Figure 4 above), exhaust process.         
As the rotor continues to rotate, the exhaust port opens, and the compressed air is discharged from the main unit.
