Product Overview:
The UW series submersible Roots blowers are a new-generation product developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights and awarded a national invention patent. The UW series submersible fans are specifically designed to address the shortcomings of conventional fans, which typically require the construction of machine rooms, long pipeline layouts, high overall costs, and must be located away from office spaces and densely populated areas. Additionally, in high-temperature processes, these conventional fans consume large amounts of cooling water.
The UW series submersible blowers feature a semi-submerged, integrated structure with an externally mounted motor. They boast a sleek and elegant appearance and can be conveniently placed near the process sections without the need to construct a blower room or soundproofing facilities. This design also allows for shorter air supply pipelines, thereby reducing the overall project costs.
The structural design of the UW series submersible fans reduces airflow noise and mechanical noise during operation, enabling the fans to run in an almost silent state. This allows for flexible installation in areas with high noise-reduction requirements, such as workshop interiors, hospitals, and residential districts.
When operating, the UW-series submersible fan is completely submerged in water, enabling it to convey higher-temperature airflows.
