Product Overview:

  The RHR two-stage tandem Roots blower is a new-generation product developed and designed to meet the demands of high-pressure, high-flow applications. Compared with high-speed centrifugal fans and multi-stage centrifugal fans, it offers advantages such as no surge, no stall, strong adaptability to various operating conditions, lower initial investment cost, and reduced energy consumption.

  The RHR two-stage fan employs rigorous calculations to ensure that, under rated operating conditions, the pressure ratios of the front and rear stages are in a 1:1 ratio. This reduces the absolute value of pressure differences across each stage, minimizes internal leakage, and lowers energy consumption. Moreover, with its counterflow heat exchanger design, the fan significantly enhances interstage air intake efficiency. As a result, when operating under conditions exceeding 120 kPa, this fan achieves energy savings of over 30% compared to conventional fans, making it capable of replacing traditional high-flow equipment such as gear-driven high-speed centrifugal fans and multi-stage centrifugal fans.

  The RHR fan adopts a three-stage cooling system consisting of a front-stage main unit, an intercooler, and a rear-stage main unit, all integrated into a single design. This system requires only one cooling water pipe to ensure that the entire unit is protected by water cooling. The design features high redundancy, excellent cooling performance, and ease of installation and operation.
