Product features:
● The enclosure is assembled by multiple bends in aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, which eliminates errors caused by welding and ensures high precision in both the fabrication and assembly of the enclosure.
● It features a mid-mounted layout with excellent mechanical stability and interchangeability.
● By adopting D-shaped or O-shaped busbars and employing an epoxy resin vulcanization process, we have achieved full insulation, altered the electric field distribution within the switchgear cabinet, and significantly improved the overall insulation level of the switching equipment.
● This device is equipped with multiple interlocking functions, such as electrically operated circuit breaker trolley insertion and removal, and electrically operated grounding switch operation and disconnection, which can prevent operators from mistakenly entering energized compartments.
● The opening and closing operations of circuit breaker trolleys, the switching operations of grounding switches, and the opening and closing operations of circuit breakers can all be performed electrically. A PLC is used to measure and control the operation procedures for these actions, enabling programmed operation. A touch screen serves as the human-machine interface, allowing operators to perform actions on the corresponding components via the simulated diagrams displayed on the touch screen.
