Description

The Rongheng magnetic levitation blower is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly blower that integrates magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed motor technology into conventional blowers. It boasts remarkable advantages such as high efficiency and intelligence, low noise, reliable operation, and maintenance-free performance. It can be widely applied in industries including wastewater treatment, thermal power generation, cement, chemical engineering, semiconductors, food and pharmaceuticals, textile dyeing and printing, iron and steel metallurgy, and papermaking.

Working principle

Air enters through the air inlet and is directly driven by a magnetic-levitation high-speed permanent-magnet motor to a three-dimensional impeller. Under the high-speed rotation of the impeller, kinetic energy and pressure potential energy are generated. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure potential energy in the diffuser and volute passages, where the flow direction is altered. Finally, the air is discharged through the exhaust pipe into the pipeline network, achieving an aeration effect.

Rongheng Power, with magnetic levitation motors and bearing controllers at its core, leverages advanced DA regulation technology to achieve energy savings and high efficiency in blower operation.

Core Technologies and Components

High-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller 
The impeller at the machine’s head is designed based on the three-dimensional flow theory and is precisely machined using ultra-high-strength forged aluminum alloy material via high-speed milling on a 5-axis machining center, achieving a precision of up to 0.001 mm. It features high efficiency, long service life, and excellent corrosion resistance.

High-efficiency and stable inverter 
The motor operates using a state-of-the-art high-frequency inverter to adjust the frequency of the high-speed permanent-magnet motor. It features a built-in filter to suppress internal electromagnetic interference and independent cooling. The system can adapt its parameters automatically to different operating conditions, enabling automated control and unattended operation.

It incorporates internal components such as fluid devices, motors, and variable-frequency drives, resulting in a compact and lightweight configuration. It employs a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller designed in-house, paired with a high-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor. Compared to conventional positive-displacement equipment, it achieves energy savings of approximately 30%; compared to multi-stage centrifugal equipment, it saves about 20%; and compared to conventional single-stage centrifugal equipment with gear speed increase, it saves roughly 15%.

Low vibration, low noise

Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the rotating and stationary components inside the fan have no mechanical contact and no friction, resulting in a sound pressure level below 80 dB(A), quiet operation, and low vibration.

Oil-free, friction-free

Thanks to the adoption of advanced magnetic levitation bearing technology, which eliminates the need for the gearboxes and oil-lubricated bearings typically required in conventional equipment, the entire machine is completely oil-free.
