All frame components and specialized matching parts are manufactured and supplied by our company to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on modular principles and feature mounting holes with a 20-module pitch, resulting in a high degree of commonality. This allows the company to carry out pre-production, thereby shortening the production and manufacturing cycle and improving work efficiency.

Product features:

  ● The enclosure of the GGD-type AC low-voltage switchgear assembly adopts a standardized cabinet design. The frame is locally welded from 8MF cold-formed steel profiles. All frame components and specialized matching parts are manufactured and supplied by our company to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the standardized cabinet are designed based on modular principles and feature installation holes conforming to the 20-module standard, resulting in a high degree of commonality. This allows our company to carry out pre-production, thereby shortening the production and manufacturing cycle and improving work efficiency.

  ● The GGD cabinet design fully takes into account the heat dissipation issue during cabinet operation. The cabinet is equipped with a varying number of ventilation slots at both the top and bottom ends. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the hot air rises and exits through the upper slots, while cool air continuously flows in from the lower slots, creating a natural ventilation path that runs from bottom to top within the sealed cabinet, thereby achieving effective heat dissipation.

  ● The cabinet doors are connected to the cabinet frame using pivot-type adjustable hinges, making installation and removal convenient. A U-shaped sealing strip is embedded at the folded edge of the door; when the door is closed, the sealing strip undergoes a slight compression between the door and the frame, which prevents direct impact between the door and the cabinet body and also enhances the door’s level of protection.

  ● The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame using multi-strand soft copper wire. Installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame via knurled washers, ensuring that the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection system.

  ● The cabinet surface is treated with a high-voltage electrostatic powder coating process, offering strong adhesion and a fine texture.

  ● The top cover of the enclosure can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on-site. Lifting loops are installed at the four corners of the enclosure top for lifting and transportation.

  ● The enclosure has a protection rating of IP30; users can also choose from IP20 to IP40 depending on the requirements of the operating environment.
