Rotary Fan Structure and Working Principle

The rotary fan’s structure mainly consists of six components: the rotary fan itself, an electric motor, an air filter, an air chamber, a base (including an oil reservoir), and an oil drip nozzle.
The fan operates by means of an eccentrically mounted rotor within the cylinder, causing the volume between the blades in the rotor slots to vary, thereby drawing in, compressing, and discharging air.
During operation, the pressure difference generated by the fan automatically delivers lubricating oil to the oil-drip nozzles, which then drip it into the cylinder, lubricating the piston rings and cylinder block, thereby reducing friction and noise.
At the same time, it can reduce gas backflow within the cylinder, providing a sealing effect and improving the fan’s efficiency.

Characteristics of rotary fans
Small in size, high in air volume, low in noise, and energy-efficient. Rotary blowers operate on the principle of compressing air through rotation. Despite their compact size, they boast a large air volume, energy efficiency, and exceptionally low noise levels—qualities that are unmatched by other types of blowers.
It operates smoothly and is easy to install. As long as it’s properly positioned, the rotary blower generates very little vibration during operation and doesn’t require any additional anti-vibration devices.
It resists changes in load, and the air volume remains stable. For example, when the pressure in a wastewater treatment aeration tank fluctuates—indicating a change in load—the air volume varies only slightly in response to these pressure changes.
The air output is smooth. The entire unit is equipped with an air chamber that effectively prevents air pulsations, ensuring a steady airflow.
Outstanding performance. All fans are made of high-quality materials, ensuring robustness and durability, with a meticulously designed structure that minimizes failures over long-term use.
Simple maintenance. The fan operates at a low speed, resulting in minimal component wear, a long service life, and easy maintenance.

Installation Instructions and Precautions
1. During installation, use a spirit level to ensure the alignment is accurate to within 0.2 mm/1000 mm. The anchor bolt holes should be connected either by secondary grouting or expansion bolts.
2. During installation, first inspect the inside of the unit and confirm that there are no foreign objects present. Then, seal the inlet and outlet ports, thoroughly remove any rust or other debris from the pipelines, and connect the unit to the fan. Ensure that there are no air leaks at any of the connections.
3. To ensure the safe operation of the rotary fan, the fan must not bear any additional loads from pipes, valves, cabinets, racks, or other external components.
4. Install current and voltage meters in the circuit control system to monitor the operating status of the fan.
