Description

The HT series high-temperature and high-pressure fan is a product specifically designed for use as a circulating fan in closed systems.

To maintain high reaction efficiency, such systems typically operate at elevated temperatures and pressures. Since the main body of Roots blowers is generally made of cast iron, the material may undergo annealing or even graphitization at high temperatures, thereby posing a potential risk of casing explosion under high pressure. Meanwhile, conventional rubber seals tend to age and fail easily at high temperatures, and bearings, under high-temperature operating conditions, are prone to failure due to changes in their microstructural composition. These factors place a series of stringent demands on the design and quality of Roots blowers.

The HT high-temperature and high-pressure dedicated Roots blower has undergone specialized optimization and improvement design to meet the above-mentioned operating conditions. It creatively introduces a composite bearing housing structure featuring an open-type, water-cooled integrated design. By utilizing the open-type housing to relieve pressure at high pressures, this design effectively prevents high temperatures from transferring to the bearings and eliminates the risk of lubricating oil leaking from the gearbox into the machine body, thus avoiding the possibility of flash ignition. The presence of the water-cooling system further provides double protection for the bearings, significantly enhancing the stability of the unit, extending its service life, and reducing the overall machine temperature.

Meanwhile, the HT high-temperature and high-pressure fan extensively uses mechanical seals and PTFE seals, effectively avoiding the failure issue commonly encountered with conventional rubber components at high temperatures.
