High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor

The high-efficiency impeller and the ultra-high-speed motor are directly connected via air bearings, eliminating the need for a gearbox and lubrication system. This design features non-contact operation with no mechanical friction, resulting in low vibration and minimal operational noise, thus obviating the need for cumbersome soundproofing measures. Equipped with a BLDC motor and a variable-frequency speed control system, the unit precisely regulates rotational speed to control flow rate and pressure, maintaining high efficiency across the entire operating range of the fan.

The fan does not require any additional local control cabinets or soft-start cabinets—instead, it comes equipped with an integrated local control system. The main control panel installed in the fan room, via a computer CPU, can automatically and continuously adjust pressure, flow rate, control startup sequences, and issue alarms for potential issues, thereby enabling automatic, coordinated control of both single and multiple fans simultaneously. Furthermore, the fan can also be remotely controlled from a central control room. Intelligent Inverter Cooling System
The Rongheng series products feature a breakthrough in technology with their dual-cooling system, which eliminates the need for additional motor cooling devices. Moreover, the variable-frequency drives themselves are equipped with an intelligent variable-frequency cooling system. A unique and simple structure—where the cooled air from the variable-frequency drive is combined with the cooled air from the motor and then discharged together to the product’s exterior—ensures the cooling system operates efficiently. In addition, globally recognized brands of variable-frequency drives that have obtained CE and UL certifications (such as Japan’s Yaskawa, Germany’s Siemens, the Netherlands’ WEG, and South Korea’s Hyundai) are incorporated into customized systems to meet customers’ specific requirements.

Inhalation filtration system
In the Rongheng series products, intake air first passes through a non-woven fabric filter layer and then through a filter cartridge, effectively preventing foreign particles—including fine dust—from being filtered and inhaled.
