Product Overview:
The circulating water cooling kit uses coolant to carry away heat generated within the heated machine body, transfers this heat to the atmospheric environment via a heat exchanger, and thereby protects bearings and extends the machine's service life. This kit is primarily designed for sites that require water cooling but where it is impractical to install cooling water pipelines. It helps avoid the risk of machine body cracking due to freezing or high-temperature damage—problems commonly encountered with conventional water-cooled equipment (such as water-cooled Roots blowers)—which can occur when cooling water is neglected during winter or not used promptly enough during summer.
Traditional water-cooling systems are managed in a rather lax manner, leading to significant waste of cooling water. Taking a cooling water flow rate of 10 L/min as an example, this results in an annual waste of over 5,000 tons of cooling water. By using this kit, you can eliminate the aforementioned costs and avoid the need for seasonal maintenance. It boasts a long service life and is easy to manage.
