Fan Performance Guarantee

The blowers and auxiliary equipment are designed and constructed to ensure a service life of at least 20 years and an uninterrupted operating time of at least 18 months.
The warranty period is 12 months after delivery, with lifetime service.
The blower undergoes performance testing before leaving the factory to ensure that its performance meets the requirements of national standards.
Under the condition that the pipeline resistance under operating conditions is less than the blower's working pressure, the fan design will not exhibit phenomena such as surge, abnormal noise, abnormal vibration, excessive temperature rise, or actual power consumption exceeding the motor's rated power.
Unit structural features
01. Blower body type: Multi-stage centrifugal (turbine) type.
02. Motor: Two-pole three-phase induction motor.
03. Flow regulation method: Valve adjustment at the inlet end (manual or automatic).
04. Casing: Split, axially assembled, cast casing.
05. Impeller: Three-dimensional streamline design, centrifugally cast or welded from 16Mn (or 15MnV) steel plates. Underwent a 1% random sampling overspeed test and passed static balance verification.
06. Rotor: Precision assembly, dynamically balanced and verified.
07. Sealing: Labyrinth (tooth-shaped) mechanical seal.
08. Bearing Temperature Display: Digital display of shaft temperature with audible and visual alarm. If required, it can simultaneously output a PLC communication signal (4-20 [mA] current), facilitating automatic system control.
09. Bearings: External roller bearings (all imported from abroad).
10. Inlet end: When the blower leaves the factory, the inlet end is equipped with a butterfly valve and a silencer, so no additional accessories are required.
11. Steel base: Used to support the fan, motor, and all their accessories, and comes equipped with anchor bolts.
12. Coupling: Used to connect the fan body to the motor, small blowers employ pin-type couplings, while large blowers use U.S.-imported tire-type or diaphragm-type couplings—both of which are external-mounted, equipped with protective guards, and designed for safety and aesthetic appeal.
13. Inlet-side filter/silencer: The filter and silencer can be equipped separately or as an integrated unit.
14. Rotation: When viewed from the motor end, the blower rotates in a clockwise direction.
15. Lubrication: Medium- and small-sized blowers use high-temperature molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease, while large-sized blowers use custom-made lubricating oil.
16. Water Cooling: Since the gas heats up after compression, the heated gas transfers its heat to the exhaust-end bearing housing (even though isolation measures have been implemented). As a result, the exhaust-end bearing housing tends to heat up more easily than the intake-end bearing housing. Therefore, the exhaust-end bearing housing is equipped with a water-cooling system, providing dual protection—air cooling and water cooling—to ensure the safe and extended service life of the bearings.
