The AE series explosion-proof Roots blowers are a specialized product line developed by our company specifically to meet the needs of conveying flammable and explosive special gases such as hydrogen and natural gas.
This series of fans is safe and reliable, features advanced design, boasts stringent quality assurance, and offers a comprehensive and rich configuration.
Design: The entire device features a fully enclosed structure, with all components that could potentially cause leaks optimized for maximum reliability. The entire dust- and water-resistant series achieves an IP67 protection rating. Targeted designs have been implemented to address the unique characteristics of various flammable and explosive gases—including hydrogen (with an extremely low molecular weight), biogas (high moisture content), hydrogen sulfide (highly corrosive), and natural gas (high delivery pressure)—ensuring the product’s adaptability and performance.
Testing: The AE explosion-proof product series is equipped with a dedicated testing line for precise measurement of flow rate and leakage. After undergoing multiple rigorous testing procedures, each unit undergoes an additional 20-times full-pressure test to ensure there are no high-pressure leak points. Only units that pass all tests are permitted to proceed to the next stage of production.
Configuration: The entire series features motors with explosion-proof ratings of EX D II BT4/EX D II CT4, completely eliminating electrical hazards. Additionally, optional accessories include a dedicated steam-water separator, a condensate drain valve, and a specialized explosion-proof silencer.

Impeller profile: A unique three-lobed CONCH profile that features minimal airflow pulsation, high volumetric efficiency, and offers high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and minimal vibration.
Drive method: Belt, direct coupling
Air inlet and outlet: Features a unique diamond-shaped air inlet structure for smooth airflow.
Impeller: A special alloy impeller is available as an option, which will not produce sparks even if it collides with other objects.
Gears: Grade 5 precision gears with high transmission accuracy and low noise.
Fuel tank: Single/dual fuel tank configurations available, with flexible options.
