The AC series anti-corrosion Roots blowers primarily employ corrosion-resistant measures for the wetted parts, flexibly utilizing a variety of corrosion-resistant materials and treatments such as surface passivation, nickel plating, galvanizing, titanium plating, and Teflon coating to enhance product adaptability and extend the service life of the entire unit. Depending on the specific characteristics of the gas being conveyed, the blower can also be equipped with various types of bearings, silencers, stainless steel bellows joints, and other accessories to meet diverse customer requirements.
Fan corrosion protection is mainly divided into material-based corrosion protection and coating-based corrosion protection:
