  1. Ensure proper sealing to prevent leaks. Methane can explode when exposed to open flames, so regularly check the seal condition.

  2. Check the overall machine temperature and the temperature of the biogas booster fan, and keep appropriate records. Compare the overall machine temperature in stages. The transported biogas is often contaminated and tends to shut down easily; therefore, check the pressure gauge daily and ensure it is not blocked.

  4. Internal impurity cleaning, Biogas booster fan The interior should be cleaned regularly; if there is excessive internal contamination, it could affect the overall operation of the fan. It is also crucial to regularly remove oil buildup from inside the fan.
