The use of these fossil fuels has also placed tremendous pressure on China’s environmental protection efforts. The biogas booster fan is a product our company designs specifically for applications such as biogas combustion and biogas power generation. It is primarily used for pressurizing and stabilizing biogas flow, and features safety, ease of transportation and installation, as well as automatic control capabilities for pressurization and stabilization. The model and dimensions of the biogas booster fan and buffer tank can be customized according to customer requirements. Additionally, the height and diameter of the biogas inlet and outlet pipelines can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of each project.
Energy is a strategic resource for a nation's development; therefore, every country must make sound strategic decisions and formulate a proper energy development strategy. Currently, China’s energy development relies primarily on fossil fuels. The extensive use of coal and oil is the current reality of China’s energy landscape. The utilization of these fossil fuels also places tremendous pressure on China’s environmental protection efforts. Biogas booster fan My company specializes in the design of systems for biogas combustion and biogas power generation, primarily focusing on biogas pressurization and pressure stabilization. These systems feature safety, ease of transportation and installation, as well as automatic control capabilities for pressurization and pressure stabilization. Now, let’s take a closer look at the operating principle of biogas booster fans!
Biogas booster fan principle:
Biogas booster fan When the motor drives the driving shaft via a coupling or pulley, the gear mounted on the driving wheel synchronously rotates the gear on the driven wheel, causing the meshing rotors to rotate in unison. This creates a space between the housing and the rotors, through which gas enters from the inlet port. The gas is then compressed by the rotors and forced out through the outlet port. Meanwhile, as compression begins, the other rotor rotates in the opposite direction, creating a new space on the opposite side of the housing. New gas enters this newly formed space and is subsequently expelled.
Differences between biogas booster fans and other boosters:
1. Excellent airtightness: Strict airtightness testing is conducted from inlet to outlet, ensuring no air leakage.
2. High flow rate: from 0.3 m³/min to 90 m³/min. Select different models as needed.
3. Long service life: The gas pathway and the circuit are strictly separated. Since the gas is rich in moisture, it will not affect the electrical lifespan.
4. Maintenance of the biogas pressurization and stabilization system: Repairs can be carried out using simple tools and accessories.
5. Pressure flow of the biogas pressurization and stabilization system: The biogas pressurization and stabilization system can be adjusted within a specified range, ensuring safe operation of the biogas desulfurization and dehydration system. The power range of the biogas boosting fan, according to its specifications, is from 0.25 kW to 3 kW, and the pressure control range is adjustable between 2 kPa and 20 kPa. This equipment is suitable for biogas projects ranging in capacity from 100 to 3,000 cubic meters. After installation, once the manual gearbox is started, the system will automatically switch to the automatic gearbox and operate in fully automatic mode. At the factory, the air pressure has already been set—starting at X kPa and stopping at X kPa. The variable-frequency booster regulator can adjust the motor speed appropriately based on the gas flow rate.
