Multiple sets of equipment exported to Russia

In 2017, several sets of equipment manufactured by our company for export to Russia were fully assembled and ready for shipment. This contract was a specialized project awarded through a Russian client’s tender, requiring the equipment to operate intermittently under high-pressure conditions of 110 kPa in the extreme cold of the Siberian region.

Roots blowers operating at pressures exceeding 60 kPa typically require cooling water for heat dissipation; however, in the extremely cold climate of Siberia, under conventional operating conditions, a shutdown can cause the cooling water to freeze rapidly, potentially resulting in equipment damage.

Our company’s technical support department proposed the use of our patented recirculating cooling system, which employs a specialized antifreeze coolant. This solution eliminates the need for external water sources and prevents equipment damage caused by freezing of the cooling water. The technology’s distinctive features have won favor among Russian customers, resulting in our successful bid for the client’s project.

Recently, some equipment has been successfully delivered.
