A tertiary general hospital in Beijing — Rotary Blower Project

At the wastewater treatment plant of a Grade‑III general hospital in Beijing, the existing aeration equipment suffers from excessive noise and fluctuating air flow, which undermines the stable operation of the biochemical treatment process and adversely affects the environmental conditions in the hospital’s clinical areas, making it difficult to meet the hospital’s environmental management standards.
Following on-site condition assessments and equipment selection evaluations, the hospital opted for a custom low-noise rotary blower manufactured by Nantong Rongheng Environmental Protection. The unit features an optimized noise-reduction structural design, with measured operating noise at the project site not exceeding 58 dB(A). It delivers stable airflow, ensuring reliable operation of the biochemical aeration process and helping wastewater discharge comply with relevant environmental standards. With its compact design and straightforward routine maintenance, the equipment has demonstrated consistent performance since commissioning, earning high praise from the hospital for its operational effectiveness.
