High temperature application

In mid-June 2014, a sewage treatment plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province invited our company to participate in the project to upgrade the wastewater standard of the unit, and it reflected that many brands of blowers were working normally on the site and even foreign-branded blowers were frequently burned after the renovation.

Our company's technical staff investigated the site in detail and found that the pool was raised by 3 meters. In order to ensure that the power of the blower motor does not increase (the increase of the motor power means that the on-site control cabinet, inverter, motor, etc. need to be replaced), the water plant uses The frequency is reduced to 15HZ, and the three machines are operated in parallel. Although the motor current is normal, after operation, the blower self has excessively high body temperature due to high-voltage and low-frequency operation, which eventually cause the blower bearing to burn out. Afterwards, our technicians made full use of the features of HT series high-temperature and high-pressure blowers, which are easy to transform, and transformed the blowers to water-cooled to ensure the normal operation of the blowers and won praise from customers.
