During operation, the blower’s rotor, positioned eccentrically within the cylinder, rotates off-center, causing volume changes between the four blades housed in the rotor slots, thereby drawing in, compressing, and discharging air. In the course of operation, the rotary blower automatically delivers lubricating oil to the oil drip nozzle via a pressure differential, which then drips into the cylinder. This process helps reduce friction and noise while preventing gas backflow from the cylinder. The rotary blower operates by means of an axial force exerted by the motor rotor at a reference point within the cylinder, causing the volume between the four blades in the motor rotor slots to vary continuously, thus enabling the intake, compression, and discharge of gas. During operation, the pressure differential generated by the blower automatically feeds lubricating oil to the oil drip nozzle, which then drips into the cylinder, further reducing friction and noise and preventing gas backflow from the cylinder. The primary purpose of the blower’s motor is to accurately deliver an adequate volume of gas. The substances that can be conveyed include clean gases, clean steam, nitrogen dioxide, and other rare gases.
