1. Adjustment Mechanism: The adjustment mechanism is installed upstream of the impeller inlet and consists of a housing, guide vanes, connecting rods, an automatic actuator, and an adjustable diffuser. The clearance between the impeller cover and the impeller ensures the proper operation of the impeller cover. The air suspension blower and the automatic actuator adjust the rotation angle of the guide vanes.
Before entering the impeller, the air suspension fan rotates forward, and a regulating diffuser is used to expand and broaden the fan’s operating range.
2. Impeller: Air suspension fan The impeller designed based on three-dimensional flow theory boasts high efficiency. After meticulous precision machining, the impeller undergoes correction through both dynamic and static balancing. Its strength is ensured by undergoing an overspeed test at 1.15 times the rated speed. To meet the requirements of various operating conditions, the impeller material can be made from cast aluminum, forged steel, or stainless steel.
3. High-speed rotor: The high-speed rotor consists of an impeller, high-speed gears, and a high-speed shaft. The impeller is connected to the high-speed shaft via a tie rod, and torque is transmitted through end pins. To ensure smooth and reliable operation of the fan, the overall balancing accuracy of the high-speed rotor reaches Grade G1.
4. Spiral Casing: The spiral casing features a circular cross-section and its spiral walls are designed according to a logarithmic spiral curve, which conforms to the laws of airflow movement and has minimal impact on the fan. As a result, the fan exhibits high flow efficiency, low vibration, and reduced noise.
5. Gears: The gear pair features involute teeth. The surfaces of both the large and small gears are nitrided and hardened to ensure stable, high-speed operation of the fan with low vibration and noise. The fan’s service life will be 20 years.
6. Bearings: The high-speed shaft support utilizes inclined-pad sliding bearings composed of multiple movable pads that can pivot around a fulcrum. These bearings exhibit excellent vibration resistance and can automatically adjust according to changes in load and speed.
7. Shaft Seal: Employs a split labyrinth seal design. It offers excellent air tightness and is easy to disassemble. The seal can be replaced without removing the impeller.
8. Lubrication System:
The lubrication system is divided into two main parts: the oil tank and the lubricating oil circuit. The base of this unit can serve as the oil tank itself, or it can be equipped with a submerged electric heater and a temperature control switch to ensure the lubricating oil maintains the proper temperature. The lubricating oil circuit includes a main oil pump, an electric pump, and a double-tube telescopic assembly, among other components. The main oil pump is driven by a low-speed gear; under normal operating conditions, it provides lubricating oil at atmospheric pressure to lubricate gears and bearings. Before the equipment starts up, the electric vane pump provides pre-lubrication to the system and maintains hydraulic pressure during emergencies and shutdowns, serving as a backup pump. The oil filter boasts high filtration accuracy, and the air-bearing fan is equipped with a differential-pressure alarm device.
