These fans serve as the power unit that delivers the air required for fuel combustion to the boiler. They are multi-purpose centrifugal fans. When balancing ventilation, the material-conveying fan must overcome all resistance from the air duct inlet to the furnace chamber, including the resistance posed by the air preheater, supply ducts, grate, and fuel layer.

The power unit that supplies the air required for fuel combustion to the boiler—a multipurpose centrifugal fan. During balanced ventilation, the material-handling fan must overcome all resistance from the air duct inlet to the furnace chamber, including the resistance of the air preheater, supply ducts, grate, and fuel bed. During positive-pressure ventilation, the material-handling fan must overcome all flue gas and duct resistance from the duct inlet to the chimney outlet—including the resistance of the air preheater, supply ducts, grate, fuel bed, and all flue passages leading to the chimney outlet.

1. Fan oil seal: This seal uses a Merkel oil seal, with Merkel (Merkel) material made of fluororubber, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -25°C to 300°C. Compared to conventional oil seals, the lip temperature of this seal is 20–50°C higher than the working medium’s temperature, offering more stable performance, requiring no maintenance, and boasting a longer service life.
2. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly: The high-pressure fan operates normally with no oil or minimal oil usage, free of impurities and odors. Products manufactured using this air do not need to worry about contamination.
3. Reliable quality, capable of operating normally at altitudes above 5,000 meters, and resistant to high temperatures and cold.
4. Inlet and outlet vents can be installed to reduce machine operating noise by 5–20 dB.
5. The rotation direction of the impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan housing.
Operating conditions for material conveying fans:
1. Application areas: Suitable for conveying materials such as wood chips, sawdust, fibers, grains, tobacco, and animal feed; it can also be used to remove dust from air mixtures containing particulate matter, such as in places where metal grinding and wood milling are carried out.
2. Requirements for the conveyed medium: The conveyed medium must be non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive, non-viscous materials or air mixtures.
3. Medium temperature: The standard fan is designed to handle media with temperatures not exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. After adding a cooling wheel, the fan can continuously convey media at temperatures below 200 degrees Celsius.

1. The Dettong F5-45 material conveying fan features an optimally designed, backward-curved impeller that prevents material buildup during operation, thereby extending the impeller’s cleaning interval.
2. Depending on the direction of impeller rotation, fans can be classified into two rotational directions. When the impeller rotates clockwise as viewed from the end facing the bearing housing, it is referred to as a right-handed cyclone separator and denoted by “right”; when it rotates counterclockwise, it is a left-handed cyclone separator, indicated by “left.”
3. The air outlet angles of the fan can be divided into six options: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. Our standard products come in 0°, 90°, and 180°; other angles can be customized according to user requirements.
4. Using a V-belt drive, the fan’s performance parameters can be adjusted by varying the rotational speed, thereby compensating for selection errors.
5. The material conveying fan features a connected structure, meaning that all components—including the fan, motor, and transmission system—are assembled onto a single rigid base. This design reduces installation complexity for users and significantly shortens the on-site installation and commissioning period.
