Rotary blowers are compact in size, deliver large air volumes, operate quietly, and consume less energy. Utilizing the principle of compressed air compression during operation, rotary blowers, despite their small size, boast high air volume, energy efficiency, and quiet operation—features that no other type of blower can match. They run smoothly and are easy to install. When operating small models, as long as they are properly positioned, vibrations are minimal, eliminating the need for additional vibration-damping devices and making installation exceptionally convenient.

  Characteristics of rotary fans:

  1. Rotary fan Small in size, large in air volume, low in noise, and energy-efficient. The rotary blower operates on the principle of compressing air through rotation. Although compact in size, it delivers a large air volume, saves energy, and runs quietly—features that no other type of blower can match.

  2. Smooth operation and easy installation. For small models, as long as they are properly placed, vibration is minimal, eliminating the need for additional anti-vibration devices and making installation convenient.

  3. Rotary blowers are resistant to load variations and maintain stable air volume. For example, if the pressure in a wastewater treatment aeration tank fluctuates—resulting in load changes—the air volume will vary only slightly in response to these pressure fluctuations.

  4. Equipped with an air chamber for stable gas dispersion. All models are equipped with an air chamber, which prevents air pulsations and ensures smooth gas dispersion.

5, Rotary fan Made from high-quality materials, featuring an ingenious structure and outstanding performance. The blowers are entirely constructed with premium materials, boasting a refined design, robust durability, and exceptional performance, with few malfunctions even after prolonged use.

  6. Simple maintenance. Low rotational speed, minimal wear, and long service life.

  Rotary fan components:

The rotary blower consists of components including the main unit, base, motor, large and small pulleys, air control valve, air filter, oil drip nozzle, and others. The main unit of the rotary blower primarily comprises two metal rings (or eight springs), one main shaft, one rotor, four sliding vanes, and one eccentric cylinder body, as well as two pump covers. Among these parts, the blower’s metal rings, rotor vanes, pump covers, and eccentric cylinder body are made from wear-resistant castings, while the main shaft is manufactured from 45# steel.

Rotary fan Primarily used for aeration in water treatment, agitation and aeration of hospital wastewater, vacuum paper feeding in the printing industry, agitation and aeration of domestic sewage and industrial effluents, air supply for plastic welding and blow molding, atomization in burners, the glass industry, aquaculture, and other equipment requiring an air source.

The working process of a rotary fan consists of three stages: the intake stroke, the compression stroke, and the exhaust stroke. Each time the fan rotates one full cycle, it completes one cycle of intake, compression, and exhaust. As the fan continues to rotate, this process is repeated continuously, enabling the rotary fan to deliver a steady stream of air. Since the rotary fan generates airflow and pressure by means of changes in four chambers of varying volumes, it is also known as a variable-volume compressor blower.
