Exported multiple sets of equipment to Russia.

In 2017, several sets of equipment exported by our company to Russia were fully assembled and ready for shipment. This contract was a special one won through a tender process by a Russian customer, and the equipment was required to operate intermittently under high-pressure conditions of 110 kPa in the extremely cold climate of the Siberian region.

Since Roots blowers exceeding 60 kPa generally require cooling water for cooling, and given the extremely cold weather in the Siberian region, under conventional operating conditions, once the equipment shuts down, the cooling water could freeze rapidly, leading to equipment damage.

Our unit’s technical support department proposed using our company’s patented circulating cooling equipment, which employs a specialized antifreeze coolant. This system does not require external water sources and can also prevent the cooling water from freezing and damaging the equipment. The technological features of this product have won the favor of Russian customers, enabling us to successfully win the customer’s project bid.

Recently, some equipment has been successfully delivered.
